TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accessing or using any services provided by Phest (hereafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Phest provides welding and fabrication solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. All services are provided based on mutually agreed specifications and quotations.

2. Quotations & Payments

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been purchased or work has begun.

Refunds are issued only for services not rendered, minus any applicable costs.

4. Warranties & Liability

Workmanship is warranted for [e.g., 6–12 months] from the completion date.

The Company is not liable for damages due to misuse, external causes, or unauthorized modifications.

5. Intellectual Property

All custom designs remain the intellectual property of Phest unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Kenya
